Threaded suture anchors reduce the risk of tissue separation due to anchor slip. Not only do threaded anchors deliver more security than Nitinol arc "barbed" suture anchors, they also provide a path for removal, if needed. Offering excellent strength in a smaller size, this nonabsorbable, braided polyblend suture is preloaded for convenience. The short inserter and self-drilling design create a reliable and quick procedure.

FASTak™ Suture Anchor

El ancla con sutura PushLock se ofrece para CCL y la reinserción del tejido blando al hueso. Fabricado con un material termoplástico no absorbible inerte y radiolúcido llamado PEEK, este sistema de anclaje permite realizar reconstrucciones sin nudos y con nudos. Anclas PushLock®

The SwiveLock anchor is offered for CCLs and soft tissue-to-bone reattachment. Made with an inert, radiolucent, and non-absorbable thermosplastic material called PEEK, this anchoring system allows for knotted or knotless reconstructions. Common sizes include 3.5 mm, 4.75 mm, and 5.5 mm sizes. Specifically designed vents in the anchor body promote bone marrow flow and allow for bony ingrowth.

SwiveLock® Anchors

La sutura FiberWire® del implante TightRope está compuesta por un núcleo de polietileno de ultra alto peso molecular (UHMWPE) multihebra y de cadena larga con una camisa trenzada de poliéster y UHMWPE que es muy utilizada en cirugías en humanos para varias aplicaciones ortopédicas y brinda una resistencia excelente, una sensación suave al tacto y resistencia a la abrasión. El material UHMWPE tiene propiedades que lo vuelven más resistente y menos propenso a las fallas que cualquier otro material de sutura. El implante utiliza fijación hueso a hueso, con resistencia y rigidez superiores diseñadas específicamente para la reparación de ligamentos.
